2025 PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT-OFF DATES

These are our current cut-off times, which may change at any time due to factory workload. Order early to avoid missing out.

Customers in WA, TAS and rural and remote areas are advised to order much earlier than the dates below, as delivery times are longer for those areas.

Orders must be received by 5 p.m. on the following dates:

S-FOLD CURTAINS: Sunday, 26th of October by 5 p.m.

EXPRESS ROLLER BLINDS: Wednesday, 3rd of December by 5 p.m.

VENETIAN BLINDS - ECOWOOD, BASSWOOD, and ALUMINIUM 25mm: Monday, 24th of November by 5 p.m.

ROLLER BLINDS - ESSENTIALS and VIEWSCREEN (including Double blinds): Monday, 24th of November by 5 p.m.

ROLLER BLINDS - VIBE, DAWN, LE REVE, MANTRA, and LINESQUE (including Light Filtering and Double blinds): Thursday, 20th of November by 5 p.m.

ROLLER BLINDS - AVENTUS and UNIVIEW: Thursday, 20th of November by 5 p.m.

VERTICAL BLINDS: Thursday, 20th of November by 5 p.m.

ROMAN BLINDS: Thursday, 20th of November by 5 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE:

We strongly advise placing your order well before the above cut-off dates to avoid disappointment.

If you place your order at the last minute, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered to you before Christmas. This is because, at this time of year, our manufacturing and freight companies face a much higher workload than usual, and delays in delivery and manufacturing times are to be expected.

Unfortunately, any delay, whether in manufacturing or delivery, could mean that your order might not arrive before Christmas.

If your order is manufactured and dispatched but not delivered before Christmas, Freight companies do not make deliveries over Christmas and New Year’s public holidays. For freight company trading hours, please refer to their respective websites.

DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR ORDERS PLACED AFTER THE CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES

All orders placed after the Christmas Cut-Off dates will enter the manufacturing queue and be manufactured when our factories reopen in January, on a “first ordered – first to be manufactured” basis.

To receive delivery of your order as soon as possible, in late January / early February, we advise you to place your order as soon as possible during the December / early January period.

Also, please note that standard delivery times might get extended in the January / February period due to the number of orders that will need to be manufactured when the factories reopen.
